Who Says the Next Generation Can't be Motivated!

I found this beach pit dug by what appears to be little kids. Older people often believe that the young are not as motivated and not as commited as they are. 

I take a different perspective. 

 The young only need to be inspired to achieve great things and that is something older generations should improve on.

Their motivation isn't the issue, it's the vision and the path. While the kids may have dug until they hit water, many of us dig holes that go nowhere.
