Where Are We With Leadership Research? (Research Steps)

The team is working diligently on accomplishing their research goals. Recently, we applied to for a research grant and submitted the information within the prescribed deadlines. There are some other things we need to work on in terms of determining the method of randomization of participants, statistical software, hosting platforms and other such things we need in this type of research. 

Once we hear back with positive funding we will be on our way....

The goal is to learn about the inherent traits of leadership and how best to enhance that leadership within certain fields. Market research and competitive analysis
