New Poll Indicates Most Americans Are Afraid Democracy Will End

A new poll Indicates that 54+% of both political parties feel that Democracy may end. See Poll. (I cannot make a judgement on the poll or its quality because I did not look at their methodology but it sort of seems correct on the surface.) There is around 25% of respondents that are unsure and 25% that think democracy will survive.

What is very concerning is that 52% believe there could be a civil war in the country! What? How selfish and irresponsible (If true!!)

This is what I say. Our leaders have responsibilities beyond their parties, beyond their political-social networks, and beyond their own advantages (Our parties have become more important than our institutions due to personalities and general ideological immaturity! Shame!). They swore an oath and if they dont believe in holding our Republic together they are not fit to lead (Trying to convince the masses to view dicey issues beyond selective attention can sometimes be difficult when people have their favorite news sources, leaders, parties, and preferences). 

We have agreed upon institutions and anyone working outside those institutions are suspect. Likely anyone using power over versus power with dynamics is not the type of personality we really want in leadership. 

We are not a nation that should bend to power dynamics but should have open, honest, heartfelt discussions based in truth so as to find solutions (Why I advocate for bi partisan compromise). Political manipulations almost always lead to poor results. Love-hate Trump ot Love-hate Biden (or any other candidate) makes no difference.  They are public servants that manage the daily affairs of our nation (executives). They do not and should not have the power to up end our institutions without the broad agreements of our Legislative Branch (representatives)and through the legal challenges decided by our Judicial Branch (wise men/women)! Snuffing out our future for current politics is beyond irresponsible! We can hope and pray that better minds bubble to the top. Why the best and brightest are needed in leadership positions beyond the "connected" class who might be losing their objectivity. ❤❤✌ (Dont listen to me...I have a Muslim sounding name! 🧐😲💨).
