Laboratories are part of American innovation and in the future it is hoped that science, STEM and research will become increasingly important. That includes everything from innovation all the way to health. If we didn't have existing laboratories strength we would have seen a more devastating COVID impact. Those laboratories will also be important for space flight, solving Global Warming, and handling world population impact, etc....
